The Tale of the Arrogant Rose

Once upon a time, there once lived a florist in the far east of a small city, growing and selling special roses. With the arrival of the spring season, the fragrant scent of the roses, which started to bloom, began to spread everywhere. Among these roses, there was a Red rose who loved him very much and thought it was the most beautiful rose ever grown. The Red Rose often says to other roses, “Look at my beauty, the person who will take me here is very lucky. Because there has never been a rose as beautiful as mine.” he said. White Rose couldn't stand it and said, "It's true that you are beautiful, but don't be arrogant, red rose, all the roses in this garden are as special as they are beautiful." Red Rose “What do you know about beauty, anyway, my new owner will know my worth. " Said. The other roses didn't like Arrogant Rose's smug attitude at all. So they decided not to talk to him. One day, a man passing by the florist early in the morning, when he saw the roses, immediately entered the florist and bought the arrogant red rose. This man, who went on a far journey, put the Rose he bought in the trunk of the car. One day later, when he saw that the rose was beginning to fade, he looked for a place in the desert to plant it. After a while, when he saw that two cacti were growing in the middle of the desert, he thought that there was water there, took the Rose out of the pot and planted it in the middle of the cacti. After sitting there for a while and resting, he continued on his way. One of the cacti was  tall and the other was short. Tall Cactus “Welcome aboard. You are very beautiful.” The short cactus said, “Yes my friend is right, you are very beautiful. We take care of you and meet your water needs.” Said. The red rose was not listening to them. Because while she was dreaming that she would go to a beautiful place where everyone would look at her with admiration, she was very angry that that man planted her between two cacti in the middle of the desert. Short Cactus "Why don't you talk?" Rose “Of!” he began, “I was dreaming of where to go. Where did I come from?” Tall Cactus “Don't worry, this place is beautiful, especially in the evenings. We all have fun together. Little Cactus tells us old tales every evening.” Said Whatever the cacti said, Rose was not at all happy with her condition. Rose, who got used to cacti in the last few days. With the water she got from the cacti every day, she became more and more beautiful. One day, a traveler passing by saw the Rose among the cacti and wanted to water it. Seeing himself when the mirror of the man leaning over Gul fell out of his pocket, Gul looked at him with admiration. “How beautiful I am.” He started to think. In the meantime, when the man who decided to take Gul with him extended his hand to pull the rose with its root, the cacti stuck their thorns in the man's hand. The man who was hurt gave up taking Gul. The arrogant Gul said, “What are you trying to do? He would take me from this desert to a beautiful city. What am I doing with you?" Short cactus “Don't be so arrogant, if it weren't for us, you would have withered away long ago.” The arrogant Rose said, “I am self-sufficient. I don't need your help or your water." Said. Cactus was very upset by these words of Gul. After that day, Rose stopped drinking their water. A few days have passed. The rose was beginning to fade. Tall Cactus “Rose, you should drink some water. If you don't drink like this, you'll be dry and gone in a short time.” Gul said, “No, I can easily survive without you.” He said and refused to drink the water. No matter how persistent the cacti were, the rose was as stubborn as it was arrogant. After a week or so, the dehydrated rose completely withered and fell to the ground. You have to drink water.” They said. When Rose realized that she was alive with their help, she drank the water and recovered within a few hours. “I am so sorry for the two of you. I always thought of myself as being arrogant. I just realized that you're thinking of me and trying for my well-being. Can you forgive me?" The cacti were very happy that Gul understood them and they lived a fun life together after that day.
